The International Symposium on Innovative Photoelectronic Technology and Application (IPTA 2016) will take place in Beijing, China, May 9-11, 2016. The IPTA will serve as good platforms for the members of photoelectronic technology community to meet with each other and to exchange ideas. The conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world. Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:

 After normal refereeing process, accepted papers will be published in Proceedings, which will be indexed by EI Compendex (CPX). About 20% of the manuscripts will be suggested to be publishedon following journals:
